主な特徴
本機はブランドサーボモータ、タッチスクリーンインタフェース、PLC制御システムを採用し、操作が簡便で、修理が簡単で、蓄積カウント、作業数設定、表示などの機能があり、パラメータの範囲内で任意に調整することができる。
自動制御検査システムがあり、瓶なし、ラベルなし、無色帯、瓶不足は標準を送らない。
光電制御駆動ラベリングを採用し、ラベリングプロセスの安定した信頼性のあるラベリング位置は任意に調整することができる。
プレスケーリングシステムを採用し、出標が安定し、ラベルの平坦性が良く、位置精度が高い。
テンション設計を採用することで、打刻品質を保証することができ、標準紙の長さと起標均一度を正確に制御することができる。
転圧ラベル紙は異なるボトル型に対して、異なる構造方式を採用し、ラベルの品質を保証する。
